QA/QC Introduction

Our quality control system is made up of two departments, manufacture dept., and quality management dept.

Manufacture department: responsible for three parts:
1) Inspects semi-manufactured goods in production process
2) Inspects semi-manufactured goods when they enter warehouse
3) Inspects finished products when they enter warehouse

Quality management department: responsible for three parts:
1) Inspects all the raw and processed materials
2) Inspects the whole production process
3) Spot checks the finished products
